After last night, just about everyone in the city of Cleveland is being considered for the SS position. Drew Carey was asked but he's out of town this week.

Without him they have to put an ersatz CFer in there - Kearns is no klutz but he doesn't belong in the middle. And that just slides an even worse fielder into where Kearns should be. Duncan, as a fielder, is a platoon DH - not to mention being a meat-head. An OF of Choo, Sizemore & Kearns, on the other hand, would be more than decent defensively but you can see how quickly that falls apart when the keystone is taken out.

By my quick scan, the Mets took 2 of 3 at FLA 8/29-8/31/08 before sweeping the Brewers in Milwaukee. That seems to be the last time.
