Good guess, but I reckon there weren't a lot of kids clamoring for Honeymoon in Vegas toys. Besides, that guy was a mobster in custom-tailored silk suits. Houndstooth? I dont think so. Want a closeup? Of couse you do! Hint: the action figure is blonder than the character, who had darker hair.

The seller claims it's Dr. Ian Marcus (Jeff Goldblum) from Jurassic Park. I was going to guess that actually, but the weird thing he was wearing threw me off. Is that Robin Williams? hmm..
