The term "Yankee," when used by Americans, commonly refers to residents and natives of New England, therefore I declare the "New York Yankee Baseball ClubYankees" to be an ironically named company. In fact, I conisder the inrony to be even deeper, considering the general antipathy the brand holds for residents of the six New England states.

SubZero. A few years ago, I got into it with them when they refused to fix my frige (it was under warranty). They kept claiming that they fixed the problematic part and that the fridge was functioning properly. I told them that they may have fixed some part but the fridge was obviously broken since the temperature (even in the freezer) was 55 degrees.
