I wonder if early-stage foreplay counts (in which case I'd still vote no) or if this actually means decoupling at the sound of a ringing phone which, to me, is unthinkable.

I should withdraw my "yes" then. I wouldn't, were it exclusively my call. But my lassie would and-- IIRC, and I'm not thinking of a LWOtherPartner-- has done so. So... it's still kind of a de facto "yes," innit?
