After last season, and the second half of this one I'm starting to think the majority of Mets are made of fragile glass.

Rhomboid strain...prescription..rest until no pain. Out for the year, no winter ball and seeya in the Spring.

[amateur medical diagnosis]The rhomboid - and, yes, it's so named because of its rhombus-like shape - is one of the bigger muscles near the top of the back. The good news is that it (unlike Johan's deal) is not part of the more complicated inner workings of the shoulder and, once healed, shouldn't have any effect on his throwing ability.[/amateur medical diagnosis]
