2008 had a tie (ichiro and pedroia)...my fault. Saw Ichiro's name listed first. Pedroia is correct. there are still two others.

Pierre finished in the top 10 five times, but he never finished #1. As a consolation, his 221 hits in 2004 ties him for most single-season hits (with M. Young) by a non-Ichiro in the decade.

Pierre led the NL twice but neither time had the most in MLB And now that I looked that one up I saw the missing answers and I wouldn't have gotten either with a whole bunch of guesses. Think about good-hitting non-walkers folks.
