Reynolds and Adam Dunn are, I believe, the persons responsible for at least 4 of the 5 longest homers hit at Citi Field. Not sad to see him leave the NL either.

just saw on espn. Arizona will receive right-handed pitching prospects Kam Mickolio and David Hernandez, the sources said. i guess they didn't want tillman. interesting.

Set out a plate of crab cakes for JJ Hardy & infielder Brendan Harris, just off the boat from Minnesota in exchange for "two pitching prospects". Hardy looked good his first few years with Milwaukee; an uber-athletic SS who could hit a bit and only 24 y/o. Then he seemed to hit a wall and now this is his third org in three years.

great trade for the orioles. these were a less valuable pitchers vs the ones they gave up for Mark Reynolds.

I'm so on the O's bandwagon right now it's silly. Not that I ever liked Hardy or anything, I mean, with the Sox and MFYs doing obscene things in the name of "competition," I kinda like this group getting stronger if they can. No more cupcakes! Or crabcakes!

Or crabcakes! i'm just waiting/hoping that Adam Jones, Matt Weiters, Brian Matusz, Jake Arrieta, Chris Tillman, and to a lesser degree Pie/Reimold all start making good on their prospect status' that they've had in the past. And Markakis needs to get back to his 09 numbers, and Roberts needs to be healthy... in the end... too many quesitonmarks.... it does get you incredibly hopeful in the offseason and spring training though. downhill from there though =(
