While you or I might let things blow over, Johan Santana is a competitor and countersues his rape accusor for defamation and malicious prosecution. Amazingly, he's filing for only $15,000 --- tip money.

And one might wonder if, having beaten a rape charge but acknowledged extramarital sex on a golf course, any further degree of vindication might be a quixotic pursuit.
