A Question, Siriusly

Anyone got Sirius? Mine hasn't worked for an hour or so. Called and did the 'not talking to human reset radio thing', and that didn't work, and then I wanted to speak with a human and it wouldn't let me only to say technical difficulties.

I'm an online-only subscriber, but I just checked mine & it works. I love the product, but their customer service is ass. At least once a month, I'll try to logon and get a 'there's a problem with your account message' or sometimes I'll get a 'bad user/or pass, account is locked out' message and haven't once gotten a hold of a human to help. Emails I've sent with questions about programming or anything else have never once been answered. Love it + hate it. My fool-proof, always-works answer? Wait an hour or two (or worse, a full day) and then try again.

I just downloaded the app for Android, the pricing was vague, I thought I saw $2: 99 a month, what do you guys pay? I have the trial for seven days.

I pay like $3 month now, but was getting soaked for a lot more until earlier this month. I was only on the online (I was an XM refugee), and I called to question the charge on my card statement (which I don't pay enough attention to some- times), and thankfully the guy I got was honest and told me I was totally overpaying and I could get a little Sirius Some- thing 6 Receiver and hook it up to my home stereo. I had to buy a stupid docking home kit at Best Buy, but everything was working fine until this morning. Can use it in the car too, but haven't tried that yet. Probably only would bother for road trips.

Just on hold for 25 minutes, got a call-centeresque sounding young lady who asked me some dumb questions and said she was transferring me (I did protest a little but she said it would only take a minute) and some guy answered and acted like he couldn't hear me ... I just know the fucker could hear me. I got food to cook, no Bluesville for me this afternoon :-(.

Was just in my car for about 30 minutes. Signal kept going in and out. It very rarely does that so I'm thinking something's up with Sirius today.
