Good that's it's a promotion for the guy....I'll say it again....what a moron Samuels was...some people forget how good they have it.

My personal hunch is that Samuels was able to do what he did for as long as he did, not so much because Mets oversight was lax (it was) but mainly, because Mets brass really liked Samuels and had a soft or blind spot for him.
