who is out of options on the 40-man roster?

who among the bubble guys currently on the 40-man roster are out of options and can't be sent down without going thru waivers? SP: Misch, Gee, Mejia, Ar.Rodriguez, Stinson Bullpen: Parnell, Acosta, Buchholz, M.Alvarez Bench: Nickeas, Murphy, LHernandez, N.Evans, F.Martinez, Duda, Lutz, Tejada, Turner, Valdespin i'm assuming we can't send down the new guys (Capuano, Young, Carrasco, Buchholtz, Paulino, Hu and Hairston)

According to AdamRubin ESPN January 19, 2011 Mets players out of options include Nick Evans, Chin-lung Hu, Jason Pridie, Manny Acosta, Luis Hernandez and Pat Misch. Don't know about the signings from the past few days. Later

Wouldn't Murphy be out of options if Evans is, or does missing a year change that? Pridie and Stoner were put on waivers after Young and Hairston were signed. Parnell, F-Mart, and Turner have one more year of options, Duda, Mejia and Tejada have two. I had totally forgotten we still had Acosta. That means our pen is in a little better shape than I had thought. He's definitely out of options, but I don't think we have seven better guys.
