Blessed With Versatility

Now that I have reached Jesse Orosco status, I am utterly, utterly charmed that he is listed as a starting pitcher, relief pitcher and right fielder.

We're nothing around here if not completionists.

Fielded 1.000 in '86.....B-R has him as RF & OF....did he play left too?

I missed that game the first time around. I'd love to watch it end to end.

Seconded. Come on SNY, there's only so many times I can watch a Damian Easley home run to win an April game against the Rockies as a "Mets Classic".

Pretty sure Fran Healy has them locked in his basement with the remains of Steve Zabriskie.

One of my all-time favorite Met games.

I agree, it's one of those that I would most like them to replay, along with the July 4th game in Atlanta in '85.

SNY does a pretty poor job with the Mets Classics (as G-Fafif has done an excellent job documenting).

Generally, I'm no bloodthirsty fightmonger. (If you're looking for that, you want my cousin, LeiterWagnerFighterMonger. He's in Apartment 2B-- you'll want to stand back from the door after ringing the bell.)

That said, I remember thinking that was PRETTY cool when Ray Knight wanna be startin' something. (And I kinda liked Eric Davis.)
