Highlights:
* Highly touted leftie Zach Britton makes his first ML start for the O's @ TB, as the O's look for their first 3-0 start since 1908.
* Oswalt @ Astros (Norris).
* SNB: SF@LA: Rubber game of the grudge-series

Actually the LA/SF game is the fourth of this series and therefore not technically the 'rubber' or deciding game.
It's also the ESPN SNB roll-out of their new #1 team of Dan Shulman, Bobby V, & Orel Hershiser. No longer is America held hostage to the inane babbling of Joe Morgan.

Injuries starting to pile up:
Magglio Ordonez out of today's game vs Yanx - ankle
Evan Longoria with oblique injury trying to miss only a couple games and avoid the DL
Cardinals still haven't put Holliday on the DL with his appendectomy. They think he may be able to avoid it which sounds real odd to me.

Maybe the Cards & Rays should claim that Longoria & Holliday have concussions and use the new 7-day!

I can fix that:

A good base stealer should make the whole infield jumpy. Whether you steal or not, you're changing the rhythm of the game. If the pitcher is concerned about you, he isn't concentrating enough on the batter.

A plate of spaghetti back then was $1.50, and it was very good food, that's why it lasted,

Teams draft mostly college players now, ... and a black kid from a poor family can't go to college unless he gets a scholarship. He can get one in basketball or football, but not in baseball.”

They already did the Thursday night game between SF and LA and were pretty good, too!
