Turkey Day

Today features a mini CPF gathering at Giant Stadium --- KC, Scarlet, Diamond Dad, Dickshot, C-Wolf --- all peeps, interestingly enough, who are alive in the Parody Challenge. So, for the first time in over a decade, I care about the outcome of the Jets game. Go Jets.

The Turkey Roast and the CPF gathering were definitely better than the football game that followed. It was great seeing Kase & KB, Wide and Mrs. Wide, Dorso & Friends, and all of Kase's non-CPF pals. Wide and his Chinese Box rule! This is my favorite shot -

We had to split by the 4th Q in order to return that vehicle on time and subsequenbtly missed the only Jet plays that didn't suck, tho heard it on the radio and made in home in time to watch the final play on TV. They really sucked, especially early on! But it was great seeing and/or meeting everyone. Thanks KC especially for the tix!

Good times had by all... we split after the Chargers went up by eleven early in the fourth, so we missed the only excitement as well. A whole load of thanks to JD for the turkeys, and to Kase for the grill and the pasta salad and to everyone else for everything. My first Jets game, my first real tailgating experience... outstanding. We must do this again.
