Both played for the Dodgers.

Both played for the A's.

Both played for the Cubs.

Both served in the Marines.

Both had pipes of gold.

Good luck on making it past the first chorus.

I didn't make it through the intro.

Oh, man. Don't turn off Marilyn McCoo. Even in those atrocious pants, she had this funky sexy way of being flirtatious no matter what she was talking about, throwing her shoulders, hips, and chin into goofy canned gabbing about baseball that she probably didn't even understand. It was mesmerizing.

Big-time showbiz pro there --- introducing big-time showbiz amateurs. Sold gold.

Let me guess. Paula Abdul worked on the choreography.

Note the employment of the newly-invented "high five" following the awkward striptease. The brio with which they practice it suggests making a show of it. Look at what we're doing!

Marilyn McCoo and Lynda Carter were the first ones that made me realize I liked girls.

That was awesome. I was waiting for John Ashcroft's stunt double Rick Monday to go solo & break into 'Let the Eagle Soar'.

And Goldie Hawn's bare, perfect boobies did it for me.

John Ashcroft had more personality. Musically, though, Johnstone (or whoever is second from left and does the talking) is the real weak link here.

Congratulations to anybody who got through to the production-quality high fives. You get a sequined Dodger tee shirt.

That's not official unless it has "Brooklyn" somewhere on it.

Jerry Reuss looks like what would happen if you combined Lucas Duda and the Geico "bro-stache" guy.

It was a picture of Raquel Welch in a white bikini in the Daily News that did it for me.
