The Mets face another pitcher they are seeing for the first time. Brad Peacock is a St.Peters Peacock also. And the Mets counter with a nut.

Pelfrey got into trouble in the first, but then got out of it. The double play is, indeed, the pitcher's best friend.

It's bad enough that they're making a ton of errors lately, but have they made any recently that DIDN'T cost them runs? Up to two un-earned so far and it's only the top of the 3rd

Terry keeps using the same lineup (with one exception today, Satin) and they don't appear to be concerned about winning. How about playing players that might give a damn, such as Val P. and Baxter?

Was there any doubt that he'd catch it? F these guys, 4th place and dropping. What's the difference between how the team gave up in September of '10 for Jerry with how this team has given up for Terry?
