I haven't been unemployed, ever!

Until now! Without getting into details on a public forum, my time at my lifelong job ended today. It's been coming, almost feel relieved that I don't have to feel how I've felt there the last six months. Upside is I'm getting paid to do nothing the next half year. Downside is I have no clue what I want to do for the next thirty years. Maybe I'll open a Carvel or Subway haha.

Good luck Kase. I was unemployed for 10 months in 2003 and I was fine with it until around month 8. Got a job the week after my unemployment ran out. Hopefully you bounce back quickly.

Holy Mack. I thought they built that place around you. I'm sure you still have a lotta friends there, ask around. Network with those icsc people. Or do what you do but at a better company. Good luck!

Kase, if I can get walking papers and land on my feet, with my jive-ass skill set and obvious emotional problems, you'll be buying out those clowns in two years. Trust me on this.
