...we'd all be very surprised.

But as of this moment, who would you like to see win the election in November?

Poll will run for seven days.

Obama , not an inspiring field at all.

I think Obama has done an outstanding job, especially in the past year.

Santorum and Gingrich scare me, while Paul is a nutcase (he's the Jesse Jackson of the Republicans, only the Republicans actually take him as a serious candidate). Romney is like Oakland -- there's no there there.

Certainly less shitty now than he was earlier on.

I agree. I find Obama more favorable now that I did a year ago. However, there was never a time that I would think about voting for Romney, Gingrich or Santorum.

If we ever have a president Santorum, I'll be filing for citizenship elsewhere right quick.

Not too surprising that Obama is doing well here. How many electoral votes does the Crane Pool Forum get?

Doing well? Polling at 87% is doing pretty spectacularly.

Of course, that drops to 82% when you take my write-in into account.

I'm not planning on leaving the country over the election of any of these candidates, though.

Not even a Paul presidency? I think that MIGHT send us north, if just to avoid the marauding hordes of hungry unemployed.

Re: If the election were held today...

I find a Paul presidency unlikely and a Paul presidency where Congress and the courts fail to check his most ambitious policies unlikelier.

In nine states, he's had zero wins, three seconds, and three thirds. The Republic will survive.

Funny to see Santorum surging but still in dead last in the projected delegate count:

Romney: 91
Gingrich: 32
Paul: 9
Santorum: 4

Not a candidate in the bunch that comforts me. I have not been pleased with Obama thus far and am not excited about a probable second term in the White House, but I don't see any of the Republican candidates as being very appealing either. I think I have grown rather cynical of politics of in general and politicians in particular of late.
