Anyone have a copy of Gary Cohen calling Endy's catch?

Weird request, but I can't think of another place to ask. Does anyone have a good quality copy of Gary Cohen's call of Endy's catch in the 2006 NLCS?

MLB The Show 2007, off the top of my head. First place I ever heard it.

Gotta be around somewhere.

Wow. Beautiful.

Nothing good has happened for the Mets since then.

Same. Lunchpail was only 6 months old then and smack in the middle of his worst sleeping habits of his life. Wifey who was absorbing much of that abuse was sleeping too and generally in a rotten mood.

I was trying desperately not to shout or land too hard on the floor when I jumped.

But I felt the catch was sort of a bonus. If it did go for a HR, I'm not sure how crushed I'd have been since I felt we were already doomed to lose when Valentin didn't get the runner in from 3rd with less than 2 outs the previous half-inning. The whole night was spooky and weird like that.

Six months old!, really puts into perspective how long it has been since the Mets were in the playoffs. A bunch of the other young ones here were't even close to being born......Christ Mets, come on .

I remember Valentin was a huge talking point with that game .

who knows, maybe if it does go out the Mets have their back against the wall more and come through the next inning. Maybe it tarnishes Perez's overall reputation and they don't sign him again.

I think what really puts it into perspective is Niese and Thole's birthdays. I think a fair goal is to never players on your team that weren't alive last time you won.

I couldn't find a better copy, so that's what I wound up using. There were some dropouts in the audio, but I just edited around them.

Thanks!

You've got it backwards. The half inning after the catch was where Valentin struck out with the bases loaded and 1 out.

You're right. I suppose I was fatalistic even before then, my thing from the start of the postseason was the idea that the Mets couldn't afford not to execute the fundamentals, since they weren't hitting or pitching enough to overcome a lack of 'em.
