Actress Kate Winslet said hearing "My Heart Will Go On," the Oscar-winning song from "Titanic," makes her sick, in an interview with MTV. "Like throwing up," she said when asked about her feelings when she hears the tune.

A band I used to fart around during college used to do this as a Pogues-y punk song with shoutalong chorus ("And I know... I KNOW!... HEART! WILL! GO!"). It worked really well.
