I think they 'd sooner farm out Sateen than Valdespeen, as sending down Jordany leaves Joshie as our backup shortstop.

A few times a year.

In 2011:
Mets swept a 4 game series in Cincinnati
Were swept at home twice in 4 game series - by Colorado (April) and Washington (September).

Four game sweeps with a no hitter in 'em? Rarer.

Quintanilla's got more than a little Jose Valentin in that mug/mien. (More than a little Pitbull-- dale!-- too, but I prefer to think of him the other way.)

It would be very disappointing if we look back on this, a season in which the Mets spent almost all their offseason resources "improving" the bullpen, as a potential playoff team ruined by the bullpen.
