Isn't the whole "No advertising on uniforms" thing extended to companies like Majestic? or no, because they're affiliated with MLB and selling these uniforms?

In fact, SNY showed the crazy extra inning game in SD from 1986, and the Pads were dressed in the same uniforms they are wearing tonight.

Thole looked like he was trying to transfer the ball to the bare hand - which is the right thing to do - but got lost in the big glove and therefore didn't have a handle on it with either hand and that's why he dropped it. The kicker is that, if he had hung onto the ball, Alonso had fallen down between 2nd & 3rd and was a sitting duck for a double-play.
