Two fiction sales

It's been a good month; my work will be appearing in two anthologies: "The Last Dragon Slayer" will appear in Unidentified Funny Objects, an anthology of humorous SF and fantasy (others in the anthology: Mike Resnick and Ken Liu). It should be out in November. "Spirk Station" will appear in Futuredaze, with a publication date of February 2013. It's an anthology of YA science fiction, with stories by Jack McDevitt, Gregory Frost, and Nancy Holder.

The payment is pretty decent for the two stories. One will be out in November, the other next February.

The next few months I'm going to be in actual print all over the place: [list]My story, "Her Old Man," which appeared in Daily Science Fiction, has now been collected in the anthology Not Just Rockets and Robots: Daily Science Fction Year One. 450,000 words of fiction and I contributed 800. "The Last Dragon Slayer" will be out next month in the anthology Unidentified Funny Objects. Some big name authors here, including Nebula Award winners Mike Resnick and Ken Liu. "Spirk Station" will be in the YA anthology Futuredaze.
