During Friday's game vs Washington, Kyle Kendrick held the Nats to 2 runs and got the first two outs in the 7th, and Manuel still wound up using 7 pitchers to finish a 4-2 win. My point being that he pulled Worley here in a tie game and with a low pitch count in just the 5th inning so no telling how many he'll use ... and this is already a slow-ass game.
