Always loved that card (it's in my collection). One of the few baseball players named "Chuck" when I was growing up. The only other sports figure with the name at that time was
Chuck McKinley, a good-but-not-quite-good enough tennis player who was probably the top in the US at a time when the Australians owned the sport.

I loved it when Estrada was on the Mets. He only won one game, but it was an important day in Mets history since it was in relief of the first start by Tom Seaver.

Thanks to everyone for their best wishes.

Did he blow the save, then get the win?

No. Seaver left with a 2-2 tie after 5 1/3. Looks like he left a man on. Estrada gave up a hit to Maury Wills, then got Roberto Clemente to hit into a DP. He went for two more scoreless innings and was lifted for Chuck Hiller (! A Chuck I forgot), who drove in the winning run. Ron Taylor came in for the save.
