Arbitration eligibility

It's Murphy and Parnell this year, then Davis/Gee/Tejada/Turner/Baxter after 2013 going into 2014, correct? Is there any way to roughly surmise what the raises are going to be beforehand?

Future arb eligibility depends on not only how long your players spend on the ML roster but in some cases how much they spend as compared to players on other teams. You can't always know a year or two in advance when one will be eligible particularly for players who may spend time on the AAA shuttle. Is there any way to roughly surmise what the raises are going to be beforehand? You in charge of their books these days?
