who signed with the Cardinals tonight.

Best backup infield we've had in ages. Really took to the Dave Hudgens approach.

Had a fine weekday afternoon game against the Reds in mid-May, another in early August at San Francisco. Never felt like the reason we sucked.

Re: Memories of Ronny Cedeno

The hair on the lady behind him looks like it would have looked good had it been his.

Ceets was pretty derisive of his efforts when he filled in for Tejada, during an injury, mostly because he wasn't Reyes.

Indeed he wasn't.

As bench players named Ronny who used to start for Pittsburgh, he was better than Ronny Paulino. His crown won't be official until Ronnie Belliard joins the Mets (after he joins the Pirates first), but I hope we can just assume that one and give him the cup.

Not as derisive as I was/am of Tejada because he's not Reyes. but Cedeno definitely is one of those guys that grew on me.

Re: Memories of Ronny Cedeno

speaking of the media, guys like Heyman jump to tell us virtually every free agent signing, even minor ones, minutes before they get announced and it doesn't look like anyone in the English speaking media has mentioned Cedeno yet?
