He had it specially commissioned, on his own dime. I like the stylization on details like the train and Lady Liberty-- it gives the thing an appealing late-'80s/early-'90s graf feel to it. Speaking of aesthetics... black is a very slimming color for PolancoHead.

Extra note I found on my scorecard from Friday that I didn't pass on here: John Buck, using the Jason Aldean song "Wheels Rollin'." Pass. Jeremy Hefner, using Jack White's "Sixteen Saltines." Nice choice. David Wright, using "I Got Five on It" by Luniz. Also a good choice.
