I'm sitting here, involved in the gentle art of embroidery, an in the tv room my husband is watching Hansel and Gretel. It sounds horrible. All I hear is screaming, grunting, shreiking, clashing of iron, and what sounds like cannons (?). Am I right to think it sounds awful?

Has anybody seen it?

I think I have enough information about the film to stay away.

I could use more information about Mr. Cooby, though. What. Is. He. Thinking?

I'm amused by the little twist, kind of want to watch it.

Re: Hansel and Gretel

Well, here's the story. Mr cooby rented it on On Demand the other night and fell asleep (god knows how with all the noise). So he tried again the next night, and fell asleep again. Last night I think he made it the whole way through.

I actually IMDB'd it and saw that it was supposed to be dark humor, but boy, I don't know, there was an awful lot of shreiking going on....
