I was just curious how much time people are getting off with christmas falling on Sunday? KB has Friday and Monday off as a paid holiday. Plus they closed early today - that's a pretty sweet deal, and they plan on doing the same next week too. I have to work tomorrow until 2ish and have Mon- day off and will have the same next week.

I have off from tomorrow afternoon through Jan. 2nd, so that's 6 1/2 days.

D-Dad is off Monday and next Monday. The kids have a half day tomorrow and they go back on Tuesday, January 3. I'm a free woman until January 23.

We closed the office an hour early today and sent the staff home at 4:30 PM. We will reopen the office on Tuesday at 8:00 AM. For New Years, we will close the office at 3:00 PM on Friday the 30th and reopen again at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Bummer. Looks like I'm the only one who has to work Monday. Which I still can't quite figure out why.

Closing early today, off until Jan 3. We can work Tuesday-Friday next week if we don't want to use our own time, but very few people do.

No, actually the CSRs process returns, and rumor has it they have Monday off. That is what puzzles me. I guess we'll find out then. I don't really mind working, it just makes me wonder why they have the wrong group working and the wrong group off. I have today off (everybody does) but I always have Fridays off anyway, lol... Anyway I reasure myself by reminding myself that if I were still at the bank, I'd be working today, tomorrow, AND Monday.

We shut down the office between Christmas and New Year. I took off the last 3 days to give me 12 days off.

My university was, surprisingly, shut down tight yesterday. I next need to report on September 6th.

No, no. They LIKE Sox fans. That's why they're giving me the semester off at full pay. That, and they want me to write a book. Let me know if you think of a good subject.
