For most eighties lyric ever, I nominate "You don't have to watch Dyansty to have an attitude" by Prince & the Revolution, from their song "Kiss," covered to mostly positive effect by the likes of Age of Chance and Art of Noise Featuring Tom Jones.

It's not-really-rhyming, in another context, might have been the goofiness that redeemed it. But as an attempted song of solidarity, tossing off goofy-assed non-rhymes just feels condescending. I think Phil missed again on that one.
