The Mets schedule is never more exciting than when it is yet to be played. A year ago at this time, this current homestand probably piqued somebody's interest no end.

Two trips to the Bay Area works for me, a friend just left Philly to take a job out there with Apple. Maybe I'll be able to visit (And have free room and board!) AND see the Mets.

I just noticed that Saturday, April 5 is the only home Saturday game that begins at 1:10 p.m. All others are either 4:10 or 7:10.
