My Origami Owl business

I am now in business selling Origami Owl jewelry. No, it's not made of paper :). I will be doing home parties and my first one is in thanksgiving weekend. Also doing book parties (love those of course) Yesterday I went to the bank and my teller liked my bracelet so much that she ordered from my website last night. Hopefully that is a sign of success!

Business has been a little slow, but a lady who's a friend of a friend of a friend called me today while I was working on my Suet Cake Presentation for Saturday....and gave me a nice order! :)

Vent coming on: sometimes I get so dang discouraged because hardly anyone is buying this stuff from me. My daughter in law had a big party planned and it snowed. My daughter had a party and got only one order. I am not a hardball salesperson so I don't bug people. Maybe that is my problem. I have writeups in the little community newsletter where I live, catalogs out, cards. I'm having an open house in June and Metfairy's having a party. After that it's the end of the line unless I get more bookings :( My husband tells me to keep my chin up because it is not like we need the income. But I just think it is a sweet product and I wish it would catch on. End of Vent. Thank you for listening.

Actually I just checked and Sharon's link works too :) It'd credit to her party even this far ahead of time. And orders would come right to the purchaser's house, not hers. BTW, expect the earliest snowfall ever, lol....
