Fuck that. I guess Seinfeld should be happy that there's still a show about nothing on television. My wife is a big fan and I can't get past what an utter waste of time it is.

Watched the first season, and bits of the ones beyond that. (Same with American Idol.) It's pretty much similar-variations-on-the-same-theme at this point, right?

Me and Wolfie like it. It's a fun show. It is variations on a theme but some seasons/characters are better than others. This one had a few great moments although IMO it was all a little too gimmicky. No reason to invite back Colton, for instance. And Jeff had such a boner for the whole idea of loved one showdown there was very little drama of that sort and people who lost their kin early were better off in the end probably. Might have voted for Monica to win myself. She had the power couple on the run but never flipped on them. Plus she played well physically.

i'm sure it's accidentally been on at one point or another in my house, but i've never intentionally watched or mentally processed any of it.

Brilliantly done. Yes, there's always a little bit of sameness to it, but it's expertly written/cast/edited every week.

Once Colton was gone it was a cast of good Survivor players too, with a few great Tribal Council plays (Caleb, Ciera and Big Brother). Really the only "dumb" player was Gervase and he was smart enough to finish 3rd.

We watched the last two seasons because Malcolm reminded us of our son but lost interest this year after about two episodes

I like the show. I don't watch a lot of TV, but I like Survivor. It's something my daughter and I do together each week. We liked the blood vs water twist.

I watch very little television. Survivor definitely is not in the mix of what little time I spend watching TV. I think I watch 2-3 episodes in the second season, to see what all the hoopla was about. I failed to see the attraction and I quickly lost interest. I have never watched a minute of the show since.
