Next door neighbor had a chimney fire this afternoon. Lot of
smoke damage and top of the brick chimney kinda fell off when
the firemen were trying to get the animal cap off. I guess they
were lucky they didn't have to use any water to get it under
control. Suck ass way to start a year. Feel bad.

It could have been worse. Neighbors of ours had an electrical fire last week and won't be able to live in their house again for two or three months due to the smoke and water damage.

I'm glad that everyone is ok (in both instances)!

For certain young folk these days, there's more than a little Shatner-in-the-'90s appeal to Bolton-- good-natured acknowledgement of own material's cheesiness, brio and confidence in the face of that, game for anything.

"Mad as a hatter" came from the strange behavior of many back-in-the-day haberdashers, which was likely caused by mercury nitrate-- used in treating fur to make felt for hats-- poisoning. (Thanks, AMNH, for the ka-nowledge!)

see, I loved it. I'm not sure the distance in person would do it for me. Although I'd try for Islanders Rangers if it wasn't so expensive.

After Sandy (and a week without power) we plunked down the big bucks for a built-in natural gas powered generator. So we're secretly hoping for a power disaster to justify our investment. Except for everyone on this board, of course. (My lawyer made me put that in.)

what you mean is that you just invited us over if it's a disaster?

I moved since Sandy. Lost power through Sunday then, but previous owners here claim they were only out for 10 minutes and that we're on/connected to the Valley Hospital grid.

There's speed and there's speed-- you meter it depending on what sort of trails/runs you're on. The bigger factor in Schumacher's case may have been the fact that he was going off-piste (or "off-road," so to speak, between marked runs); there are ALL manner of hidden crevices and rocks in the powder, just waiting to launch/take out an unfortunate skier.

My peeve is the women (it's always women) who, when paying cash at the supermarket check-out, hear their total only to just then start to dive into their pocketbook with the declaration; "wait a minute, I have the three pennies" -- as if the fact that their purchase didn't round out to exactly on the dollar comes as a complete surprise to them.

If ridding yourself of three pennies rather than gaining two is so supremely important to you, do yourself a favor, carry four of them in your pocket so they'll be handy if, by chance, your purchase price happens to not be a round number.

I played the lottery a few weeks ago, when the Mega Millions jackpot was closer to a billion dollars than it was to half a million dollars. Those long lottery lines that were once typical of the biggest jackpots seem to be a thing of the past as more and more retailers carry the game. The transaction itself shouldn't take more than 30 or 45 seconds. Anyway, I get on this lottery line where there were only four people ahead of me and the cashier takes care of the first three in about a minute, total time. Then the person right in front of me steps up to the cashier and wants to play like 25 games. No big deal as far as I'm concerned. And besides, she has the right to play as many games as she wants to play. Until I see that she isn't playing Quick Picks -- she has her own handpicked numbers to play. But she hasn't filled out any of her cards yet. She thinks that the proper time to fill out her lottery cards is when she first gets to the front of the line. What would you have done?

One of the things I loved about Jaime Cerda is that he got off of a cellphone call in order to sign autographs for my kids.

I'm not saying that he was the greatest pitcher ever, but the guy was a mensch. He wouldn't have clogged up the checkout line over a casual call!

For starters, not used 'bold' there.

I dunno, guess it depends on how much of a hurry I was in. They should
have told her to please fill out the cards to keep things moving. It's the
job of the cashier to make people follow the rules (especially in a high-
volume drawing) and not leave it to patrons who feel inconvenienced to
take matters into their own hands.

Well, they came into stock today. So I went to redeem the rain check, and it took two trips to the register by the manager of customer service to complete the transaction. (She had to check the SKU number on the bottle against her list of specials for that week.)
After about 15 minutes, I finally got the free one. And I made sure I got my gas points, too.

MK made the NJ All State Wind Ensemble. We're obviously very proud of him, and plan on seeing the concert. Two years ago the concert was held at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), which is a lovely venue. If you go to the NJPAC site, the concert is listed and tickets are available. I ordered tickets last weekend and have physical tickets to the concert in hand.

Yesterday we were reviewing the student information sheet (about rehearsals, etc.) and the sheet said that the concert would take place at Newark Symphony Hall. The event is not listed on the Symphony Hall schedule. And keep in mind that this concert is only four weeks away.

So I contacted NJMEA (the organization that organizes All States), and they tell me that NJPAC told them that they can't host the event so the concert will take place at Symphony Hall. Which was news to the folks at NJPAC when I called last night, since they're still selling tickets.

One way or another I'll see my son in concert. But WTF? Aren't there contracts, etc. for these things before a venue starts selling tickets?

Re: Apropos of Nothing in 2014

Something we can all get behind:

Petition to deport Justin Bieber meets White House threshold
Maria Elena Fernandez NBC News

A petition asking the White House to deport pop star Justin Bieber has succeeded in that it has collected enough signatures to warrant an official response from the Oval Office.

The petition on the We the People site, drawn after the Canadian singer was arrested in Miami on three misdemeanor charges stemming from a drag racing incident, asks President Obama to deport the Canadian singer. Created on Jan. 23, the petition had amassed over 109,000 signatures by Wednesday afternoon. The White House responds to petitions once they've collected 111,000 signatures.

Bieber, 19, is in the United States on a special visa given to actors, musicians, academics and other high-profile individuals. The petition asks for Bieber's green card to be revoked and that he be "removed from our society," among other things.

“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture," it states. "We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” the reads. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth.”

Although the White House has promised to respond to successful petitions, there is no time limit for government officials to do so. As The Washington Times points out, some of them have waited years for a reply. Recently, though, The White House responded to a petition demanding that ABC take "Jimmy Kimmel Live" off the air after the comedian made a joke on-air about killing Chinese people to avoid paying down U.S. debt. That answer took three months.

Bieber's arraignment hearing in Miami is on Feb. 14. Deportation is highly unlikely but his supporters have fought back with a petition of their own, just in case.

It's assigned seating, so at some point they need to work this out. The question is whether they automatically transfer the purchased tickets or make us buy new ones for the second venue (obviously if they do that, I'd get a refund on the first set of tickets). It's just ridiculous that with three weeks to go before the concert they don't have this settled yet.

Are there any Robert Klein fans here?

Several years ago he did a bit about southern chefs (ala Paula Dean, Emeril, etc.), how they cook. How you take the bacon, cut off all the fat until it's nice and lean, and throw that part away - you don't want it. You take the fat, throw it in the pot, and swarl it around....

It goes on like that.

Anyway, last night my older son asked me about the skit, and I cannot find a listing for it anywhere. Do any of you know where I might find it?

Thanks.

Metfairy, how is this coming along?

BTW, we still haven't received tickets for the new location yet.

No rush - the concert is only 8 days away....

ON EDIT - The replacement tickets arrived today. Not quite as good as the tickets we would have had at NJPAC, but at least we're finally set with tickets.

Finally got around to transferring old (like, 1989) video8 magnetic discs into a more manageable format. We'd bought a couple of cheap cameras on ebay over the years and what not for parts/etc.

So I did one disc, went to grab a second. It's all one night, a bar somewhere doing karaoke. We have no idea who these people are. singing loudly, shouting, there's 20 minutes of sideways video where the camera is on the table. at one point a bunch of guys moon the camera.

these aren't people we know. these aren't _our_ home videos. Apparently one of the cameras we bought to find a charger that worked had a cassette in the camera so this is some random person's home video. (I stopped transferring after about 20 minutes)

About 20 years ago I was watching the TV shaking my head as my now-passed friend Terry was getting ready to go out. He must have seen a horrified look on my face because he asked what was wrong. Unable to break my transfixed stare locked on the TV, I said, "Dick Vitale has his very own circle of Hell waiting for him."

I had never really stopped to think of the guy one way or the other. But just... my impatience with Terry and the TV being tuned to the channel before I entered the room forced me for the first time to sit and ponder the horror.

I remember this because Terry spent the whole night roping other people in and making me repeat myself: "Tell them what you said about Dick Vitale."

so far, i love everything about hte outback except its ride height, its relative lack of power, and its at-times counter-intuitive radio functionality, these three being especially noticeable in contrast to the other car in our stable, the audi.

yes, the biggest thing i hate about hte outback is its outbackiness.

so far, i love everything about hte outback except its ride height, its relative lack of power, and its at-times counter-intuitive radio functionality, these three being especially noticeable in contrast to the other car in our stable, the audi.

yes, the biggest thing i hate about hte outback is its outbackiness.

recently had this thought as well. Will be in the market for a new car soon, and we want something with trunk space and all that. My cars at 194k, creaky, no AC..

relative lack of power and ride height don't make the outback sound appealing to me though. But if it's nice otherwise..

Minivans rule for A) carpooling; B) moving kids to college; C) transporting tons of equipment if you're coaching one of your kids' Little League teams; and D) tailgating.

Since we have had a lot of experience with all of the above, we've gotten a lot of good use out of minivans throughout our suburban life.

Re: Apropos of Nothing in 2014

they do make air conditioned seats. they're starting to percolate down into the near-luxury segment.

the outback is really only underpowered when compared to our audi and really only noticeable at one point in our daily drive. basically, we get on rte 15 from sparta at the bottom of a big hill and climb 300' in a mile, all while accelerating to 60mph. the outback works harder than the audi. it never, though, feels like it can't get there, or is struggling, only that it needs to be pushed harder.

and it makes sense - its got 180hp and 180 lb-ft of torque compared to the audi's 210 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque.

the fuel economy is a little disappointing, as its rarely above 21 mpg, but that's entirely attributable to our hilly commute. if we had more of a gas-hog, our economy would be laughably poor.

the jetta wagon was too small for us. we needed to fit three kids, two in infant seats and one in a booster, and also get a bigger wagon trunk than the audi.

[u:1wodsc49]very[/u:1wodsc49] few vehicles met that criteria. basically, the outback, the volvo XC80, minivans, and full-size suv/crossovers. there's no compelling reason to get a full-size crossover instead of a minivan, unless you like massive tradeoffs and extra cost and weight in exchange for the appearance of pretend ruggedness.

the volvo was tempting, but couldn't justify the extra $6-10k. plus there's no volvo dealerships within about 40 or so miles of us, which is a bit of an issue.

That might be the greatest collection of musical talent assembled on one song -- and it's just not a very good song.

These are the soloists in order -- No Michael Bolton, by the way.

Lionel Richie
Stevie Wonder
Paul Simon
Kenny Rogers
James Ingram
Tina Turner
Billy Joel
Michael Jackson
Diana Ross
Dionne Warwick
Willie Nelson
Al Jarreau
Bruce Springsteen
Kenny Loggins
Steve Perry
Daryl Hall
Huey Lewis
Cyndi Lauper
Kim Carnes
Bob Dylan
Ray Charles

And the people in the chorus:

Dan Aykroyd
Harry Belafonte
Lindsey Buckingham
Mario Cipollina
Johnny Colla
Sheila E.
Bob Geldof
Bill Gibson
Chris Hayes
Sean Hopper
Jackie Jackson
La Toya Jackson
Marlon Jackson
Randy Jackson
Tito Jackson
Waylon Jennings
Bette Midler
John Oates
Jeffrey Osborne
Anita Pointer
June Pointer
Ruth Pointer
Smokey Robinson

OK, how did Smokey Robinson get banished to the chorus and Kim Carnes is in the solos?

Scary and sickening - One Dead, Four Injured After Train Strike in New Brunswick

This is close to home for me - not my home train station, but one station north. It's the station that serves Freakin' Rutgers - I commuted up there while getting my master's degree, and still take the train up there on a semi regular basis (plus I pass the New Brunswick station every time I take NJ Transit to and from New York). It's hard to imagine such a thing happening.

It's too early to know whether this was a suicide or a tragic accident, but either way it's just horrible. People - when you're waiting for trains, keep in mind that the yellow lines are there for a reason!

Cooby, you are the master of dropping (no pun intended) tidbits like that with no explanation.
Bears?
Do you get a lot of them so close to your house?
Does your backyard have a fence?
Scary stuff.
Finally, are you sure it was bear poop?

Does anyone remember these kinda truck rides that used to come around to neighborhoods? I believe they still do to some extent. But I saw a picture of one today and I hadn't seen one of these (or even a picture of one, or a thought about it) in around 50 years. I don't remember if they were 5 or 10 cents. Probably 5 cents in the early 60's. I loved this type (wasn't a fan of the whip--just chairs going in circles) and I'd run to my mom for money, "MOM, can I have a nickle,...please! The rides here!".

I believe this one is still in action^.

This is more how they looked when I was a kid (app-7 or 8yrs old). Maybe they were a little wider, but that might be cause I was so small at the time the memory is warped.

I'd always sit in the top row.

From my Canadian friend:
Toronto’s own city-branded condom design was slowly unwrapped Wednesday morning.
The condom features the phallic point of the CN Tower and three aptly chosen city street signs: Cummer Ave., Wood St. and Coxwell Ave.
Toronto Public Health tweeted out the design of “condomTO” in six separate tweets, starting at 9 a.m.
A message on the condom’s package reads, “No matter which way you go, put it on!”
The condom, launched by the health agency, comes two weeks before World Pride celebrations kick off on June 20.
Dr. David McKeown, the city’s medical officer, says the condom’s main goal is to get Torontonians talking about safer sex.
“This is a lighthearted approach to what is a serious subject,” he said. “We want to raise awareness and try something new and different to get people thinking about safer sex. We’re trying to make it something that people in Toronto will talk about.”
McKeown said more than 15,000 new cases of sexually transmitted infections occur in Toronto each year, including as many as 500 cases of HIV.
About 60 people die from HIV in Toronto annually, he added. Using condoms is an effective way to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, but statistics show many people choose not to use them.
The AIDS Committee of Toronto welcomed the move by Toronto Public Health, but pointed out only men’s, not women’s, condoms were available.
“The message doesn’t start and end with condoms in a bowl,” said spokesman Rafay Agha. “But kudos to Toronto Public Health. The more safer-sex options people have, the better. It’s also a great starting point for a conversation. Our symbol of the city is a phallic building.”
Not everyone was happy about the condom’s design.
Daniel Cummer, 65, is a seventh generation descendent of the original Jacob Kummer, after whom Cummer Ave. was named.
Before he was contacted by the Star Wednesday afternoon, Cummer had no idea his family name was appearing on the Toronto condom.
“Why would they do that? I don’t consider it much of a joke,” he said. “To take a city name and use it on a condom — I don’t know what to say about that.”
Cummer said his family name was changed from ‘Kummer’ to ‘Cummer’ many years ago. It was easier to put a round letter ‘C’ on flour bags instead of a ‘K’ when their wheat was ground at the mill, Cummer explained.
His ancestors were some of the first settlers in North York, says Cummer. Jacob Kummer came to Canada from Germany in 1797, buying land east of Yonge St.
“These people were pioneers in this city,” said Cummer. “It sounds to me like it’s in rather poor taste. These are names of streets in the city — they could be a little more respectful.”
Wood St. and Coxwell Ave. were also named after historically prominent Canadians.
Alexander Wood (1772-1844) was a Scottish merchant and magistrate of Upper Canada. He is recognized as a forefather of Toronto’s modern gay community, and has three streets named after him in the Gay Village: Alexander and Wood Sts., and Alexander Place.
Charles Coxwell Small (1800-1864) was the Clerk of the Executive Council of Upper Canada. He lived in a house called Berkley on King. St. E.
The city’s announcement in May of its “first condom” triggered considerable online chatter, mainly centred on the iconic shape of the CN Tower.
“We chose the design that we did because it’s very Toronto, very familiar,” said McKeown. “It’s about our neighbourhoods and our streets, using a little bit of humour to try and make it more comfortable for people to talk about an uncomfortable topic.”
This is the first Canadian city-branded condom McKeown is aware of. Other major cities in North America, including Los Angeles and New York, have their own branded condoms.
CondomTO is free, and will be available in bars, hotels, gyms, clinics and restaurants throughout Toronto. Locations include Club 120, 120 Church St.; Ramada Plaza Toronto, 300 Jarvis St.; Holiday Inn, 30 Carlton St.; and Hair of the Dog, 425a Church St.
Toronto Public Health distributes 3.4 million condoms across the city each year.
While McKeown did not specify the condom’s cost, he said it was funded by the provincial and municipal governments as part of Toronto Public Health’s annual budget.
He acknowledged some people might not be comfortable with the provocative design, but hopes the condom will trigger some important conversations.
“As the design on the condom says, no matter what you do, put it on!”

I'm wondering, if New Yorkers wanted to produce one with the image of the new World Trade Center Freedom Tower on it, would our erection be bigger than theirs?

OE: Nope, they got us, 1851 ft to 1776.

It's a big deal. A huge deal. The parents plan it for a year (in fact, the crazy ass mom in charge of the sophomore class' post prom party is already fundraising. I'd be pissed off as hell if I had a kid in this year's junior class, but that's another story).

D-Dad and I showed up about 1:30 am, and the party was going strong. Inflatable bouncy apparatus in the gym, card games (not for money), popcorn and cotton candy and tons of donated food. My job was to supervise the acrobatic show - easiest job in the world! I basically had to do nothing and watch a really entertaining performance. Meanwhile, the seniors and their dates got to hang out with each other and have a relaxed, fun time.

There's time enough the rest of the weekend for kids to do their own thing. But almost everyone shows up at the post prom party; even kids who didn't go to the prom.

I believe Blood, Sweat, & Tears played a post-game concert at Shea at some point in the eighties.* I do know that BS&T guitarist Steve Katz is a MLBS. I'd be surprised to find out he isn't at least an acquaintance of the Old Mole.

*I remember this because of a dis Ralph gave Tim McCarver in the booth. They were interviewing David Clayton-Thomas during the game, and somebody hit a high popup. Tim said "Johnson (or somebody) will catch that if it ever comes down. But I guess what goes up must come down, right David?"

And Ralph gruffly responded, "You've been waiting for that one all day."

It's possible, though, that this post-game show was while the Mets were on the road (Astrodome?), but then why have Clayton-Thomas visit the away team's booth?

Apparently the biggest news in the country right now --front page news in many places -- is that Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber got into a fight over Miranda Kerr

1) I have no idea who Miranda Kerr is
2) I have some idea that Orlando Bloom is an actor although I couldn't identify what he's been in
3) I wish I didn't know who Justin Bieber is

Who's that, Bloom?

Pirates of The Caribbean and Lord of The Rings.

Other than those two franchises, Bloom doesn't seem to have too much of an "A-List" career to justify pop culture "news outlets" keeping tabs on him, unless its because he punched out someone considered a villain (though with good justification in recent months) by most outlets and the mass mainstream audiences.

Uh no, getting paid for that is illegal in NJ.

"Was disability related to a motor vehicle accident or is another third party liable?"

Uh, yes, a third party is sort of required.

they do have cable shows like that. It's funny, because I feel like people mostly should be aware that this sorta thing happens all the time and pay attention to the stuff they put out at garage sales, but clearly there are still values out there.

His wife called the company that was running the sale

According to Wikipedia (so you know it's true) JH, born Davenie Johanna Heatherton, is an "actress, singer, dancer", raised in Rockville Centre, NY and attended the St Agnes academy elementary & high school (didn't everyone back then?).
It mentions the marriage to Rentzel (I remember him - wide receiver, SD Chargers) and also Rentzel's later arrest for indecent exposure to a child (I remember that too). They divorced soon after that and no other marriages are listed.

There's mention of stage work beginning in childhood (mainly through her father's shows) while her screen stuff seems to be mostly TV work and not all that extensive: as a guest on variety shows, one-offs or short arcs in series, etc. Various diva-type behavior (drugs, alcohol, etc.) pop up later on with little work beyond the early '70s. Since then she seems to be mostly famous for being famous.

Re: Apropos of Nothing in 2014

Joey was indeed from Rockville Centre, and was indeed a good Catholic girl from St. Agnes

Folks 10 years older than me knew her to be their favorite sweetheart of a babysitter. In other words, she was my babysitters' model of a babysitter. Her father was famous mid-century comic actor Ray Heatherton, one of an endless string of funny folks from Rockville Centre. We're funny there.

Ray did what a good showbiz father would do back then, and send his little girl to dance lessons, except by the time she came of age to follow Daddy into showbiz in the mid-to-late sixties, young ladies who trained to dance didn't break through as tap dancers or even jazz dancer, but this trashy variation on jazz presented through classic Playboy archetypes, Playboy sitting in the zeitgeist at the time as representative more of sophistication than skeeziness. So she would appear in Bob Hope or Dean Martin specials doing acts tailored to excite older men, dancing as a wild woman in a cage or tantalizing cocktail waitress or some other representation of sexual liberation. Kinda kinda embarrassing in retrospect. Especially since Daddy would be appearing on the same specials.

Would occasionally sing too, usually with a voice obviously modeled on Marilyn Monroe's.

Doris Kearns Goodwin - age 71 and a product of RVC's catholic community and St Agnes sounds like she would have been one year ahead of young Joey Heatherton in the same school.

Admittedly, most of my knowledge on this important local subject begins with one of those important conversations initiating me into ways of boyhood, between my worldly Boy Scout other brother and my provincial Cub Scout self. Brother had just come back from a Boy Scout jamboree, and apparently local big shot Ray Heatherton got hired to warm up the crowd.

Two possible reasons:
1) It makes it easier for the wind to blow his leaves to his neighbor's lawn.
2) It will make it easier for him to shovel his lawn when it snows.
Make that three reasons
3) He's a schmuck who wants to show off his neat lawn.

Actually people recommend mowing for mulching purposes. the leaf mulch is better for the soil than bagged and disposed of.

otherwise, if your PH is bad, lime. Seeding is good, but it might be on the later side for that. It's good in the fall because it won't burn/dry out, and the leaves off the tree give it ample sun. good way to get a jump start on good spring growth.

I can remember having to rake every time dad mowed and I hated it! Now I never hear of anyone raking :)

A lot of mowers these days chop leaves and grass up really small, for that reason. Designed to mulch the material so you don't have to move it, and it benefits the lawn. (and your kid's tempers!)

If you leave big clumps and leaves, yes that would be bad for obvious reasons.

Remember your grass is going to be dormant anyway in the winter.

Also, remember in the summer, keep it fairly long (4" is ideal) because that shades the weed seeds and they don't germinate as readily. So clearly, mowing weekly is not wise.

One way to do it is to make one pass w/the mower in the mulching mode then a second with the bag catcher attached. This way the smallest pieces remain on the ground to feed the lawn while whatever excess does exist gets scooped up on the second lap yet is considerably less voluminous than it would be just by raking alone - both because you left all the finely chopped stuff on the ground to act as mulch and because the remainder is at least partially crunched up.
Trying to bag whole leaves is always such a pain because no matter how hard you try to cram them into your lawn bag or trash can it still winds up about 80% air in there and you wind up needing a couple dozen bags if you've got a bunch or trees around you.

metsmarathon
Nov 17 2014 01:26 PM
Re: Apropos of Nothing in 2014

yeah, i would typically end up with 60 bags worth, easy. luckily, this year, i'm so far behind in my raking, and my one big tree still has most of its leaves, that i'm probably just going to give the mower a whack at it... though minimm really does enjoy raking...

Nah, leaves make for good compost - especially so if they're crunched up first (either via the mower or if you have a blower with a reverse function on it).
You can sprinkle them in a garden now. Or you can get some stakes and a length of mesh fencing and build yourself a play-pen looking device in the corner of the yard somewhere, then toss them all in there and let them stew for the winter. Then, next spring, mix what remains in with some dirt and you'll have good stuff for building new gardens, topping off existing ones, or other assorted projects.

Sunlight important? I'd piled some extra leaves and throw some scraps (that generally get eaten) in a pile next to the shed this spring but it's mostly sheltered. Not really mulched much either since I don't have anything to do it (only have a push mower cause my lawn doesn't really grow much yet)

I did notice the piles of leaves that I never cleaned last year looked pretty composted when I got to those spots this year. I'm on a hill with a billion chipmunk holes, there's always room for more soil.

So I heard from one of my neighbors today, who told me that she's recovering from a stroke (thankfully with an excellent prognosis). This is a delayed one-two punch, in that her husband had a heart attack three years ago from which he never fully recovered.

I called another one of my neighbors to let her know (not in the gossipy sense, but after the heart attack this neighbor organized us into making meals for them, etc., and she's good about getting actual help to those who need it) and learned about the recent goings on in her court (a death, neighbors who are moving, etc.).

This has not been a beautiful day in the neighborhood....

No I didn't mean the French king, I meant the drug dealer from the STEELY DAN song.

At one point there were pictures of me with similar hair and beard to that one of Chuckie the Great.
Don't think I have any anymore but THAT would have made a nice side-by-side comparison.

I should also say there are several reasons to doubt some of the claims made in this line, or for that matter in a lot of trees in Ancestry.
