Memories of Tim Byrdak

Tim Byrdak lets it be known the Mets won't be having him back. Any memories of the post-Feliciano overused lefty specialist?

Still love this piece from his final Met comeback.

He battled.

Seemed to be a good guy. Seemed to try hard. Never as healthy or effective as we'd have liked.

I feel uncomfortable remembering him until he's officially getting paid by somebody else.

Brydak hasn't given up hope of landing a job somewhere ... anywhere!!

Missed this thread before.

My everlasting memory of Byrdak is, for whatever reason, him involved in a mix-up in signaling for relievers in a game in Detroit a couple of years back and was brought into the game cold, promptly giving up a two-run homer to Andy Dirks.
