From a Fleer Stadium Giveaway set in 2002 as the Mets rolled out their 40th Anniversary All-Amazin' Team. Both he and Murph are represented as broadcasters in the set.

Other than that, I don't think he has ever been depicted on a card. Had to get an eBay sports card artist to do a commission for Nelson's entry in my collection of Mets Hall of Fame cards.
