So this weekend was the fourth tourney of the year but the first with a well-attended and deep field. But despite being held at a course, Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA, where Tiger always plays well and has won like eight times, he blows up to a 79 on Saturday and missed the cut line for Sunday. And if he ain't winning here, or at least being in the mix, the watch is now officially on as to whether he's ever going to get back to within shouting distance of where he was as he starts year six since his last major.
