It's a good thing KK's not a rabid Mets fan, because the 'Pons are so broke that for a tiny tiny fraction of the money Kanye needed to bribe his girl onto Vogue's cover, he could land her the cover of the Mets yearbook, every program/scorecard cover for the next 10 seasons and her own SNY TV show.

It's got as much to do with the Wilpons as does extra virgin olive oil, which, as you should know, has a very low smoking point compared to other olive oils. If you're sauteing with EVOO, I'd bet anything that you're probably burning the shit out of the oil and destroying whatever beneficial nutrients are in the EVOO to begin with.

This sentence is so superfluous that I doubt its credibility. But I totally get it: No sane person wants to admit they know anything about these two creeps. But like a roadside car accident or the National Enquirer, it's not always easy ignoring them.

Kanye is a music guy. He dissed Taylor Swift at some awards ceremony creating a terrific internet meme. He beat out Kanye East in March Madness. I'm sure I'd recognize a couple of his songs, but I couldn't name them. Music ain't my thing though, so this isn't really his fault.

Kim is a professional celebrity. She has a sister (..Khole?) and their family had a reality show, which I believe was called Keeping up with the Kardashians.

I think that's all I got.

Thanks to my extensive research on this subject (reading half of a NY Post article this weekend ... or maybe it was the Snooze, I forget) I consider myself well-versed on this topic.

- Apparently Vogue head-honcho Anna (Nuclear) Wintour has, in the past, been openly anti all things Kardashian

- Rumors have been flying in recent months that Kardashian husband-to-be Kanye West has been "begging" Vogue for a cover shot featuring him and the mother of their trend-ily named baby in advance of their soon-to-be wedding extravaganza (which for all I know might be carried on Pay-per-View).

- Wintour did an about-face and agreed to the cover while also releasing a letter saying that there is no truth to the stories that begging and/or bribery were behind it, but rather that the decision was based on featuring people with fashion-forward ideas or some such tripe.

- Something of a backlash is brewing among certain Vogue readers who get the magazine because they fancy themselves as serious fashionistas and decidedly NOT as consumers of base pop culture featuring no-talent media-whores. 'Buffy' star Sarah Michelle Gellar is at least one who has gone public with a recent 'Canceling My Subscription' tweet.
