Same Daylight Savings Time Question Every Single Year

I turned on the daylight savings time setting in the control panel this weekend, and everything's fine -- but only when I'm logged in. When I'm not logged in, the listed time's are off by an hour.

The forum time is still off by an hour whenever I'm not logged in. I tried the Atlantic setting, with and without DST, and it doesn't work either way. Neither does the Eastern setting.

This'll resolve itself by the end of next month but I don't know why I can't getthe proper times when I'm not logged in during DST.

Because we had "guest/visitor" set to CST for some reason. I fixed it.
