Well, I was going to wait for the actual birthday.

Happy Birthday to my friend, my partner, and the love of my life. May you have many, many more!

Happy Birthday Dad. Remember a couple of years ago, when you had a birthday at Joe's Crab Shack and you had to go around the restaurant on the hobby horse?

I hope this cake makes up for that.

Happy Birthday, dad.
And the next time I check in on this thread, I want to see that you've eaten a sizeable chunk of that cake that Scarlett posted.

Have a nice one.

Thanks

thank you for all the nice greetings.

I recall it was miniknight who rode around Joe's Crab Shack on a hobby horse, wearing a straw cowboy hat, and loving every minute of it. I have no memory of a similar experience.

I'd like to come around more . . . gotta get my priorities straight . . . work schmerk . . .

Scarlet made me a chocolate cake. Can't wait to get a piece later tonight. (from scratch, ladies and gentlemen!!)

I'll toast you all next chance I get

(P.S. -- yesterday the Jets hired a head coach who is 10 years younger than I . . . is that a signal of some kind??)

You've clearly put your 40th birthday out of your conscious mind.

Happy Birthday D-Dad. You know, at this age, do you really think it's appropriate to continue that relationship with that Rutgers student?

I tell everyone that I'm dating a grad student. Very cool.

Dating? Does that ring on my finger mean nothing?

Meanwhile, here's what the DiamondKnight kids got their dad for his big day -
