Scarlet -- what's the source of (and occasion for) the cocktail weenie tag?

The source is The Simpsons. In Season Three, there was an episode called Black Widower, where Aunt Selma marries the recently paroled Sideshow Bob. It's one of my favorite Simpsons episodes ever (the Behind the Laughter episode is probably my favorite - a great spoof). As the couple is deciding upon food for their wedding, Homer's opinion is sought, and the quote is his reply.

After our tasting for my son's upcoming Bar Mitzvah, where we chose miniature hot dogs wrapped in filo dough as one of our appetizers, I couldn't resist using the quote <g>

]You can't go wrong with cocktail weenies. They taste as good as they look, and they come with this delicious red sauce. It looks like ketchup. It tastes like ketchup. But brother, it ain't ketchup!

On Edit - This is the kind of listing that resulted in Aunt Selma becoming engaged to Sideshow Bob. Simpsons aficianados know full well that, before the end of the episode, Bob had tried to kill Selma, and he was back in prison.
