Willie Nelson - head shop for pot brownies
Bill Murray - Applebee's or something on the lame side. I think it wouldn't matter with this dude.
JC - a wine tour of Paso Robles. I wanna get him a little buzzed up.

How cool would it be to have drinks with Jesus?

Edited.

I realize that I'm being a bit myopic:

Joe McNally
Walter Iooss, Jr.
Ansel Adams.

I would just sit back and listen...

Brother C recently posted a screen-cap of Geddy (big Blue Jays fan) caught on camera in behind the plate seats during the recent Yanx series in Toronto.

Geddy's ALS ice bucket thing with his bobblehead, followed by the challenge to Randy Johnson, followed by the video of Johnson's bobble watching the video, was classic!

Yeah, he had that one linked also.
He's not actually a Geddy Lee stalker, but he does give a good impression of one.

Request that we edit our posts to say where we'd take our esteemed guests and what they'd order (or what we'd order for em blind). Please & thank you.

And deprive myself of the opportunity to see where Joan, Gloria and Cyndi would suggest dining?

I think not.

If push came to shove I would take them to Rats so that we could continue our dinner conversation while strolling the Grounds for Sculpture, but I'm sure that my esteemed guests would know of much cooler locales.

I'd take them to the Stone World Bistro.

I'd order DaVinci a Quadro Triticale, because it might be the most imaginative on the list.
The Babe gets a Smoked Porter
and Atilla gets the Arrogant Bastard Ale.

And food wise we'd pretty much just order everything and share.

We'd go to some gastropub type joint with TVs to watch sports. Rod can order eel and chips, Gilbert will probably pick at a plate of pasta and Jeff and I will get wings.

Eratosthenes and I get Old-Fashioneds. The other guys get several cups of coffee each to sober up.

We'll all have moussaka-- so as not to freak the Greek too much-- and there will be bowling or karaoke (we'll take a vote after the first round).

JC: The Son of God tells me he has always wanted to try the ShackBurger and compare it to the In-N-Out Burger. (ShackBurger is way better). We probably make our way down to GingerMan afterwards and grab a few pints. The guy is very well traveled and is great at recommending new beers. The guy loves to shoot pool so maybe we close the night doing that.

Han Solo: No dinner. We go straight to drinks at the cantina at Mos Eisley. I'll probably grab a Bantha steak ahead of time so I can have something in my stomach when we start downing shots. Hopefully this will give me an edge over the drunk Solo when we start playing cards later that night. I am going to be the new owner of the Millenium Falcon before the night is through.

Bill Clinton's limo picks me up from the Little Rock Airport. I am curious whether he has come himself or just sent a driver, but before I am even in the car, I hear him tell the driver which strip club we are hitting first. All told, we hit three of them before it's even 8 p.m. and it's obvious to me that this is his thing. At this point there are at least 7 or 8 strippers following us around. Clinton tells his driver to call ahead and get him his usual room at the local steakhouse. I hope that during dinner I actually get a chance to talk to him, but he is out of control. Lapdances, drinks, throwing money around like an NFL Player. All the time, he refers to himself as "POTUS". The night ends at a private party at the Governor's mansion. Pitbull is there. So is Lady GaGa who looks disgusting in person. At one point the lights go down, and Clinton acts out the video to Billie Jean, before retiring to his room with a few companions.

Oooh, so close.
I'd keep Bergman and O'Hara, and add Kim Novak and Ava Gardner as a tag team. I'm not sure if there' a bar or restaurant at Plato's Retreat, but that's where we're going. Perhaps we'll stop for some Oysters on the way.
