I think we had a part one, must have fell off.
Got a super-stuffed-cholesterological nightmare
of a lasagna in the oven. Hey it's October, it's
oven time!!

You betcha! I just made a pumpkin lasagna for my Scentsy party tomorrow (it's a dessert) and I'll make beer bread and artichoke dip too :)

Fried green tomatoes with remoulade sauce, topped with Cajun sautéed crab meat and shrimp.

Remoulade is within my current budget, sauteed crab

Instead of seafood, you could go for cajun spice sausage or chorizo.
