Creating a team of united nations

While reading this tonight I wondered if we could make a 25 man roster of players with a countries last name...here is the inspiration..

I'll start.

Tim Ireland...Debut September 20, 1981 for the Royals.

Mul Holland ....Debut May 25, 1926 for the Reds

Ossie France made his debut July 14, 1890 for the Chicago Colts

Since I couldn't find the "Retire Clemente;s Number"or a prediction thread, I'll post this here:

I predict that in a few years, as MLB tries to become International and establish teams overseas, someone will try to get Masanori Murikami's number retired. And to promote good will for the new teams, MLB will do it.

Jackie broke the color line. But Murikami was the first player to break through the Pacific Rim when he played for San Francisco.

Just a thought.
