Pitching the Division Away

Wondering who has the division's best pitching, I sought some projections for next season and compared. The only numbers published so far are the "Steamer" projections from FanGraphs. I'll state right out that I don't know how much creditability they have or deserve --- they're more optimistic about Jose Fernandez than Matt Harvey, for instance, even though Harvey is projected to be ready for opening day, and the last we've heard about Fernandez has him out until something like mid-season. But they're seriously bearish about Shelby Miller. Dillon Gee, too.

Anyhow, as unlikely as it is that they're right, hopefully the hits balance out the misses in a bigger data set. Well hopefully not, actually, because they seem to suggest what we probably already know, and that's that the Nats' staff is still the class of the division.
