Two big bad dudes bump into each other in the Modern Mutants bracket of the Marvel Conference.

Both sound like they are named after sleepy towns in northwest Britain.

Arch-Enemy:T-RayArch-Enemy:Trevor Fitzroy
Powers:Healing factor, superhuman stamina and reflexes, longevity, immunity to tepathy. His tech allos for teleportation and disguises, and he has a magic stachel. He's an ass-kicking assassin, meaning, master of hand-to-hand, marksmanship, and hand-weapons.Powers:Absorbs and stores energy directed against him --- includeing electricity, magic, psychic. This makes him the basic package of super-dude: strong, fast, invulnerable, high-constitution, and fast healing. And he can blast that stored energy right the hell back atcha. Got a cybernetic arm, and it allows him to time-jump. What can your arm do?
Weaknesses:He's mentally unstable, and prone to sudden fits of unprovoked violence. And even calm, he's kind of a pain in the ass. Def not a team player. His healing power is so strong that, if unchecked, he can sometimes generate redundant cells that cause nasty (and ironically unhealthy growths on his person.Weaknesses:NOT invlunerable to your basic physical attacks. A stool smashed over the head is more effective than a laser beam. Can't absorb a stool. Also not invulnerable to psionics.

I don't know anything about either of these guys, so for the first time, I'm going to abstain.

Is Bishop a Randazzo's or a Roll-n-Roaster guy?

Fourth-wall-breaking, off-the-wall hilarious, more like it. One can overdose on it, but when it's on... it's on.

Bishop's just another humorless time-jumper. Only with a mullet.

Really enjoyed Deadpool's wisecracks in the Marvel playstation games, so boom.

Whereas I don't know anything about any superhero in the entire bracket, yet I vote in every poll.

Well, uninformed voting is an American tradition.

(And really? You don't know anything at all about Superman or Batman?)

Deadpool is the Spider-Man of the Millennial generation. He's all the rage right now with the 35-and-under set.

Bishop was popularized in the early '90s in the X-Men animated series' retelling of "Days of Future Past."

Deadpool: [to Scarlet Witch] More like the Scarlett Bi... Hey, hey, hey, I didn't see you there.

Deadpool: [to Shocker] Shocker? I didn't even know her. Ha!

Deadpool: Explosions attract the coveted 18 to 24 year old male demographic.

Deadpool: [regarding Hawkeye] Oh, oh, so they're letting Robin Hood in, but somehow the Avengers keep losing my phone number. What's up with that?

Deadpool: [to Ghost Rider] Oh man, I forgot to bring the marshmallows.

Deadpool: [after killing two enemies in a bathroom stall] I can't think of any good dick jokes! Ah, what a wasted opportunity.

Deadpool: Hey, did I enter the side show tent? 'Cause you look like the dog faced boy.
Dark Spider-Man: Oh, you are a wit, Deadpool... or at least half of one. Tell me, do the chicks go for your insane babble?
Deadpool: About as much as they go for your attempts at self-deprecating humor.
Dark Spider-Man: So then it doesn't work.

Deadpool: Wait, let me guess. You're Aaron Applebaum. Aaron Astin. Aaron Atwater!
Spider-Man: Are you just going to keep yelling names from A to Z until you guess?
Deadpool: No. Barry Barrington!
Spider-Man: You're not well.
Deadpool: I know.

Deadpool: Have I told you my origin story?
Spider-Man: Like a billion times, now. How about telling me the truth?
Deadpool: You can't handle the truth.
Spider-Man: Really?

I do remember Bishop from the comics, but i think the cartoon was what made him popular for a time. he probably reached the height of his comic popularity not in our "normal" universe but as the lone survivor of our timeline who remembers the "correct" future in Age of Apocalypse
