Song I Think Of:"White Queen (As It Began)"Song I Think Of:"Fireworks"
Supernatural Powers:"Emma is a brain-baking level psionic: telepathy, mind control, hypnosis, mind switching, astral projection, mental weapons, mental shields, the whole bit. She can also boost another mutants powers. She's like Xavier-level.

Because life is unfair, and the rich and sexy get rich and sexier, somewhere along the line, she developed a second primary power set, called "Diamond Form." She can turn her freaking body into a diamond. Not like a rock, but an organic diamond that moves around, and talks and functions. In this state, she's not only invulnerable to attack, but heat, fatigue, poison, hunger, thirst, mental attacks, and emotional burdens. She doesn't even need to breathe. Does she have super strength? Yes, in this form, she does.
Supernatural Powers:"Jubilee originally was most identified with the ability to blast explosive "plasmoids" from her fingertips. She called these "fireworks." She retained mental control over these after they left her hands, manipulating the direction and intensity, and timing of the explosions. It would be later revealed that she was only using her powers at a fraction of their capacity, and was capable of detonating matter at a sub-atomic level. She also displayed some immunity to telepathy.

She would eventually lose her powers on M-Day, but after a time as an unpowered human, has subesequently been turned into a vampiress by Xarus, son of Dracula, and while I don't support vampirism on principle, if you've gotta be a vamp, THAT'S the line you want to be a part of. This has given her a pretty basic vampire package of superhuman strength and speed, healing, and the ability to turn into vapor.
Non-Super Abilities:She's very smart, with degrees in several fields. A polymath. She has a good head for business (and a body for sin), is a good planner (whether on a project or in a battle), and is well versed in electronics. She's an advanced physician with deep knowledge of neurology, biochemistry, pathophysiology and genetics.

She's rich, sexy, and not shy.
Non-Super Abilities:In her childhood, she trained as a gymnast and was believed to have Olympic-level potential. These skills have served her well in her super-life.

She has also demonstrated an incredible ability to wield youthful sarcasm, and somehow once used this to defeat an enemy.
Stuff:She's invented devices that complement her abilities, such as the "Multivac" with detects mutants and psionics, and the "Hallucinator," which induces hallucinations (you may have guessed).Stuff:In between her time as a mutant and her time as a vampire, she became and arsenal-type hero, an unpowered hero dubbed "Wondra," outfitted with high-end tech gadgetry, including a "power suit" and gauntlets that granted her super strenght and invulnerability, as well as "hover discs" that granted her fight powers. Those days too are gone.
Weaknesses:"Her diamond form has a minscule molecular flaw, so if she gets shot just so, she is vulnerable to shattering. She also can't access her mentalist powers in this form. So she has to pick when she enters battle whether she's going to fight on the physical plane or the mental one. She also glows in the dark in this form, which makes hiding difficult.

In her normal flesh form, she tends to show a lot of skin, so if you get her in non-diamond state, and she doesn't have your mind in her power, take your best shot."
Weaknesses:As a mutant, she was a petite unarmored type, so go get her. As a vampire, well, you know the drill. She needs blood for sustenance, and doesn't do well with sunlight, garlic, silver, crosses, and other religious imagery.

Re: CPF WotS, Rd. 1: Emma Frost vs. Jubilee

Emma's superpowerful, and-- even as a hero-- unapologetically Mean Girl. She's a teenage boy's dream, a teenage girl's nightmare, and the kind of woman who'd proudly sport a "Bitch and Proud of It" bumper sticker, if bumper stickers weren't so declasse, and besides, what self-respecting person of import drives herself? Through a ton of personal change and power-loss-related drama, Jubilee's always had crazy spunk, but Ms. Frost eats spunk for breakfast and pukes it up in the bathroom before first period, darling.

Re: CPF WotS, Rd. 1: Emma Frost vs. Jubilee

I don't know anything about Jubilee, and I only know Emma Frost as a villain who didn't have the ability to turn to diamond (what's up with that?) but she was a very cool, and sexy, villain, so my vote goes to the White Queen.

Re: CPF WotS, Rd. 1: Emma Frost vs. Jubilee

Why does Emma have to put her hand on her head to do mentalist stuff? That's just cheap showmanship!

In the battle of bare midriffs, the voters went for the uptown woman over the downtown girl.
