Is there any way to insert a little more of a space between the poster's location and the start of the post? Visually I'm having a little trouble finding where the posts begin.

I'm assuming that all this constant tinkering to fine tune the new template means that the previous orange/blue template (Caribbean?) is history. What a shame, 'cause this new one blows chunks.

Most likely, yes. The previous template seems to have been contaminated by a virus. I doubt that we'll go back to it.

looks much better with the body of a post back to the right of the username/avatar instead of under it for each post, thats the most annoying part, at least for me

Most definitely was, looks a million times better now. Only issue still out there afaik is some kind of broken link ghost that appears underneath the avatar and spreads out to the message field. Otherwise super job. In addition to gov't related mishaps, the colors on the old board had long since drove me nutty.

This is what a post should currently look like. (This screen grab is from Firefox.) If what you see is dramatically different, I'd suggest clearing browser cache.

We do have too many Tom Seavers around here. There are probably a dozen or more who have reached the 11,000-post mark who are eligible to go custom. (I think the only unofficial rule is that it has to be someone who never actually played for the Mets.)

See that Windows "slider" all the way to the right of the screen grab below? The slider that allows me to scroll up and down the page? When someone posts large sized images that exceed the size of my screen, the excess goes off screen, and I can't scroll to get that excess portion. I noticed this today when I looked at the baseball card thread.
