Mets going with their juiciest lineup of the spring, using seven of eight expected opening-day starters and the reigning rookie of the year. No runs yet through two. deGrom has whiffed two and allowed a single hit.

Watched the replay, some enjoyable spring baseball. DeGrom is lights out right now. Who is the blonde taking over sideline duties, whats her name? She`s the goods.

She was one of the 'hey, come out to Citi and get a Mets fedora!" girls last year on SNY. They've sorta sprung this on us, so i'm unsure if she's just sorta a "who cares, it's spring" fill-in or if she'll get to actually do stuff this year. I'm hoping for that, not enamored with Gelbs.

A cynic might say they've bumped her into the spotlight so they can say, 'look, we're gender proactive, we have a woman broadcaster on our team-owned network.' She's nice to look at, and asks good questions. Hope she stays on.
